Description
Dr. Sara Grossman received her Pharm.D. degree from LIU Pharmacy (Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences), graduating summa cum laude in 2007. Dr. Grossman is a drug information specialist at the International Drug Information Center of LIU Pharmacy. She also serves as a Library Liaison and communicates the College’s needs to the Library department. Additionally, Dr. Grossman is an adjunct assistant professor of pharmacy practice and educates students in the practice of drug information. She serves as an advisor to a number of student organizations and enjoys mentoring students at every stage of their educational journey.
Dr. Grossman has authored numerous articles on issues pertaining to drug information and pharmacy practice, in general. She has also served as a reviewer for a number of professional publications. Dr. Grossman has practiced in community pharmacy and has acted as a consultant pharmacist for organizations that provides service to developmentally challenged children and adults.
